Shipping
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. During the months of November & December, there are times this could extend to 2-3 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $6.99. If the order exceeds $99, shipping is free.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately for the time being, we only offer shipping within the United States.

When will my order arrive?
We ship all products via USPS or UPS. Expect deliveries to take 5-7 business days from the time you receive tracking and the item leaves our warehouse.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 10 days of the date you received the item. All items must be in their original packaging, unopened, in order to be returned.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us at support@trimandtwine.com within 10 days of receiving your product and we will send you return instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time we do not offer exchanges. Items will need to be returned and a new item will need to be ordered.
